No More Homeless Pets in Kansas City

UTAH - Last weekend, Best Friends staffers Aimee St. Arnaud and Troy Lea visited Kansas City, Missouri, to share information with the newly formed No More Homeless Pets in KC Coalition.

Over 90 people (double the usual turnout), came to the meeting, including Jim Mason of the Two Mauds Foundation, and representatives of many local groups, including the Humane Society of Greater Kansas City, Heart of America Humane Society, Forever Friends Animal League, New Beginnings, and Help Humane Society.

“Our group is on track now,” said Debi Herman of No More Homeless Pets in KC.
